2. We assess what's needed
We'll discuss the bike, any problems you've noticed and the work required. For builds, we'll also discuss your frame, components and planned setup.
3. Agree the work
We'll explain the recommended work and expected costs. Any replacement parts or additional work will be agreed with you before proceeding.
4. We get your bike sorted
Your bike will be serviced, repaired or built with careful attention to setup and detail, followed by appropriate checks before it's ready to ride.
